Hydrautech is a Dakar-based industrial SME specialized in supplying and maintaining hydraulic equipment for Senegalese industry. Over 10 employees, dozens of active sites, and — before us — zero digital visibility on stock or operations.

The brief

Hydrautech's manager came to us with a simple goal: get out of paper-based management. He wanted a professional marketing site for the brand and a management system that would finally give him visibility on equipment, stock and teams — without imposing a brutal change on staff who weren't computer-savvy.

The problem

Everything lived on paper or in the manager's head: equipment in/out tracked in a notebook, breakdowns reported by phone, invoices written by hand. Each error cost hours of searching, and impossible to answer a client in real time on equipment availability. The risk of silent losses was huge.

Our approach

We scoped the project in two phases: first a modern marketing site to establish the brand, then a custom admin space to digitize management. The system had to be readable by employees who had never used management software — so simplified interface, no jargon, and 2 days of on-site training per role (manager, stock keeper, technician).

    Audit & scoping

    One week on site to understand real flows — how each item enters, exits, returns, gets repaired. We mapped 4 distinct roles and 12 critical use cases.

  2. 02

    Marketing site

    Visual identity reworked, responsive site in French, hydraulic catalog product sheets, quote form, local SEO. Launched in 3 weeks.

  3. 03

    Management system

    Filament admin space on top of Laravel + PostgreSQL. Equipment inventory with physical QR codes, intervention tracking, low stock alerts, accounting exports.

  4. 04

    Training & maintenance

    2 days of on-site training for the 10+ employees. Annual maintenance contract: security updates, quarterly evolutions, and support.
